Dual Hinged Expansion Joints For NGHI SON REFINERY PLANT, VIETNAM

MEGAFLEXON HAS DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, TESTED AND SHIPPED A NUMBER OF 7SET HIGH TECH DUAL HINGE TYPE EXPANSION JOINTS FOR NSRP, VIETNAM. 

All the expansion joints are designed based on the following: 

ASME B31.3, BPVC SEC.Ⅱ, PART D(Metric) EJMA 10th Edition, ASME B31.3 2016 ED. PROCESS PIPNG, ASME BPVC SECTION Ⅴ 2017 ED., ASME BPVC SECTION Ⅵ 2017 ED.

All bellows meet the requirement of Min. 10,000 cycles.

All the designs are satisfied with the concurrent movements according to the data sheet.

Our expansion joint are produced by hydraulic mandrel punch forming.
